Required gear for Practice:   

All swimmers should bring their gear to practice everyday.  Practice suits/caps can be any brand.  Running shoes are needed for dryland sessions.  Please consider a swim bag and towel - labeled with the swimmers name. LABEL ALL GEAR

NEHA does not provide practice gear. We are also unable to store any practice gear at the natatorium. All swimmers must bring their own gear to and from practice everyday.
