We're excited you're interested in joining Northeast Houston Aquatics! Swimmers will be evaluated by our coaching staff to determine team placement based on the following:

Swimmers will be assessed on:

• Technique, endurance, and speed in all four strokes:

📝 Tryout Requirements

• Must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke unassisted




• Show basic proficiency in both freestyle and backstroke
