  • We offer 5-6 practices per week โ€” attend the ones that work for you!

  • No minimum practice requirement.
     

๐ŸŽ Nutrition Tips

  • Nutrition plays a big role in performance and recovery!

  • Swimmers should eat balanced meals with protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats.

  • Stay well-hydrated โ€” water should be your main drink throughout the day.  Please bring a water bottle to practice to keep next to the pool.

  • A light snack 30โ€“60 minutes before practice (like fruit, granola bar, or yogurt) helps fuel your workout.

  • After practice, aim for a recovery snack or meal with protein and carbs within 30 minutes (e.g., chocolate milk, sandwich, or smoothie).

  • If you have any specific nutrition questions, weโ€™re happy to help or connect you with resources.  You can also use the athlete plates as a good resource

    • For away meets, we will assign timing slots and sign parents up as needed.

    • For home meets, you'll be able to choose your volunteer position.  Look for the job sign up button.

๐Ÿ’ต Financial Info

  • NEHA Annual Registration renews every August.

  • USA Swimming Membership renews every December (Flex and Premium) .  New year starts Sept 1st.  

  • Monthly Dues are based on your swimmerโ€™s group level.

  • Swim Meet Fees vary by meet and typically include:

    • Coach's Fee

    • Swimmer Surcharge

    • Per-Event Fee

  • All meet-related charges will be added to your account and processed on the 1st of the month.  Once the meet entry deadline has passed, meet fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend.
